3. Moderate wear to front cover

I am planning to ship this book to CFP Comics & Services for pressing.  And, when complete have CFP ship the book directly to CGC for grading and encapsulation.

No tears or seperation along any part of spine.
All pages are creamy white with no tears.
No rust on spine staples
Centerfold is completely attached.
Rear cover is completely intact with no tears whatsoever.
This book has been stored in a mylar bag with a backing board continuously since before 1990 in a climate controlled environment.

Sold on Apr 23, 2026 for: $1,403.00

With the exception of the check mark noted above, after pressing via CFP, I think that the front cover will have fewer flaws than this book.  And, fewer flaws overall as well.
The following is a high resolution scan of the front cover at 300 DPI

1. Back Cover (note the slight color wear to left edge fold)

2. Upper Staple Closeup Front Cover

3. Lower Staple Closeup Front Cover

4. Enlarged close-up view of both ‘closed’ staples at center fold (NO RUST/CORROSION TO EITHER INSIDE CENTER FOLD STAPLES)

5. Center fold (both pages) view
6. Back two pages including view of inside back cover

7. Inside front cover and first page view

Book is completely intact with no page tears or missing pieces to any part of book.
All pages of book are bright, creamy white and are in remarkably excellent condition. Probably Fine to Fine + and possibly very fine.
if you take a close look at the final three photographs, a very fine assessment of inside page quality is by no means a stretch.
